At With Flowers we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, word of mouth and repeat business. 

To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, With Flowers guarantee to use the freshest available seasonal blooms and quality product in all our bouquets and flower arrangements. 

And to deliver when we say we will deliver. 

To further assist in what we recognise is a highly personal purchase, our qualified team can also provide expert floral advice upon request, to ensure the most desired and appropriate end-product is delivered.

Furthermore, all our flowers arrive with care instructions attached to help your floral purchase last longer.

If you are unhappy with your flowers after our simple care instructions have been followed, we urge you to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of flowers for a full replacement of your order.

General ordering Information 

To assist in prolonging the life of your flowers, we recommend you read our Flower Care Guide to learn how to properly care for your flowers. 

Air conditioning, extreme heat or climate changes may also have an adverse effect on the life of your flowers.

Special Delivery Instructions:

Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested for your order but unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our staff (Call 03 9347 7699). Some special delivery requests may incur a surcharge. Where prior arrangements have not been made with a staff member, every effort will still be made to fulfill your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm, and residential deliveries may be delivered up until 6.30pm. For Funeral services we suggest that you contact our Call Centre staff directly to discuss your requirements.

Delivery on Weekdays
Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays: online orders placed BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries and BEFORE 2:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries can generally be delivered the same day. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will endeavour to fulfill your requirements but cannot guarantee them. If you have any other queries on time commitments please call 03 9347 7699. 
If a Public Holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.

Delivery on Saturday 
Saturday delivery is available, although the order must be placed BEFORE 10.00 a.m. AEST on Saturday.

Mothers Day Delivery 

    •    Mothers Day delivery is ONLY available in MELBOURNE METRO for Sunday the 11th May 2014. 
    •    Please note any order placed outside the Melbourne Metro will be delivered on Monday the 12th of May. 

Delivery for Sunday or Public Holidays 
Sunday (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.

Urgent Delivery Requests

If you require urgent delivery on a Business Day (i.e. your order is placed after the above times AEST and you require same day delivery) please call With Flowers on 03 9347 7699 during business hours Monday to Friday and notify us of this requirement.

Attention to Detail - What You Have Ordered 

Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.

Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules, we will endeavor to advise you should this be the case. Flower availability varies between states and sometimes within the state, the florist may use their choice of flowers to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested.

Cancellation of an Order

Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.

Unfortunately, We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Address

With Flowers is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.

Gifts which include Alcohol and Liquor

With Flowers sells food hampers and flower arrangements that both may be delivered with alcohol as gifts. This alcohol cannot be sold separately, but rather, may form part of a genuine gift only. The maximum volume of alcohol cannot exceed 2 Litres. In accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1998, we do not sell or supply alcohol to, or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. Gifts which include alcohol cannot be delivered to the orderer/purchaser, nor can it be delivered to, or accepted by a minor, nor can the gift be left at the premises without being accepted by an adult.

Gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am and 7pm.

If the recipient is not home

We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so.  If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.

Overseas and Interstate rural deliveries

Please note that some areas in some countries including remote rural areas in Australia may be classified as restricted by our delivery service. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 24-48 hours for delivery and may incur an additional delivery charge.

Product substitution

We endeavor to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our team of florists will do their upmost to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to complement the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery. This policy applies to all deliveries including regional/interstate and overseas deliveries. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.


Any complaints must be made within 36 hours of delivery so that With Flowers can ensure the best possible resolution.


Same day delivery to a business or a home is simple for us. If you place your order for delivery to a business before 1pm (AEST), we guarantee it to be there before 5pm. If it's a public holiday, we'll get to it the next business day. For a home delivery, you`ve got until 2pm (AEST) and we`re sure to get it there by 7pm.

When it's urgent, it's urgent. At With Flowers we get this. For Express VIP delivery that gets there by the time you need, select our Express VIP delivery option. Give us a call on 03 9347 7699.

Saturday Delivery

No problems, our fleet of drivers guarantee that orders placed before 11am (AEST) on any Saturday will be safely delivered by 5pm the same day.

Sunday & Public Holiday Delivery

We can even get a delivery where it should be on a Sunday or a public holiday just give us a call on 03 9347 7699 and let us know. We'll need to charge a bit more for this VIP service
